Comprehensive Branding Program Designed for Aggressive Growth
Overview: SERRG, a 15 year old multi-specialty research management company with sites across the Southeast US, was gearing up for an aggressive growth strategy.
Brand Design: Our first activity was a kickoff brand workshop with key stakeholders to align the business strategy with market reality. During our session we uncovered an existing name that the company had already been using as a product. The name, IACT, was a natural name to elevate to the primary company name in which we added “health” as an industry identifier. Next we explored ways to tell the IACT Health story and designed logos, looks and imagery to visually support the story. We brought it all together through the design and production of materials, stationery and the new website with flexibility to expand with growth.
